Fair-y Fun!!!

Since this is vacation, and I seem to be on a multi-picture roll this week, I figure why not keep it up!! Here's some of today's fun!

We went to the Sandusky County Fair this evening and in addition to eating fair food (I didn't do as well with the fair food as I could have, but I did eat some) I also got to pet my first full size horse, at least I think he was full size. He reminded me and Kyle of Cort and he was all alone with no name tag or cage decorations, so I went and said hi. I think he liked me! THEN...

After a root beer float, a bloomin' onion, a cheeseburger and a lemonade Kyle and I went on the Yoyo (swings). I know, you're saying, so...well when I was little we were never allowed on carnival or fair rides, they scared my mom, a fear which has now been instilled in me. But, after assurance from Susan that no one has ever died at the fair on a ride I threw caution to the wind! We made it on the last batch of the night and got about 10 feet off the ground when some hooligans made the ride operator stop the ride, the fair closed and we weren't allowed to go back up and finish our turn. Probably for the best, we might have died!

Box of Wine

Vacation continues - or ends (depending on who you ask). After 4 days in prison, we broke the dogs out today! As you can see, they were pretty excited about our reunion and so was I!!

After a little bit of time playing around with the doggers at Maumee Bay we took our show on the road to Fremont. We went to Mon Ami this evening and had a delicious dinner and, as you can probably tell, stocked up on a bunch of wine (and a couple bottles of grape juice!) Still loving vacation!!

Today was a golfing day, and well, since I was unaware there was going to be a golfing day, I didn't bring my clubs on vacation with us. So, I did what I do better than golfing...tagged along and took lots of pictures. I think the guys had fun, and I always have fun taking pictures, so, all and all a good day!! I like vacation!

Divots at Dusk

Tim and Kyle snuck onto the golf course this evening to do a little practicing for tomorrow's round and Megan and I tagged along just for fun. 4 lost balls, a large number of divots and a snake sighting later, I think we were all ready to call it quits and they're as ready as they're going to be!!

Happy Wedding Day!! After a morning of primping and pampering an afternoon of prepping and pictures and an evening of partying, today was a wonderful wedding day for all! The new Mrs. and Mr. Majewski will no doubt live happily ever after! Congratulations Marty and Kristin!!!

Start Your Engines!!

Well, it wasn't the smoothest of trips getting here by way of downtown Detroit when picking Kyle up from the airport, but after shedding some tears after ditching the dogs in prison for the weekend, we finally made it to Maumee Bay!! We're settled in in cabin #22 and ready for the rehearsal dinner and weekend of wedding festivities to begin!! B-dubs here we come!!

Bar Tendress

Obviously, this isn't a great picture, but obviously I wasn't the one to take it, soo tough! Anyway, story is, we went to CQ for Harry's Humpday Happy Hour tonight and the place was PACKED! Sooo, I offered to help! I had lots of fun playing pretend bar tender and getting people beers, learning how to use the cash register and all that jazz. Too bad my time up here is coming to an end...I could have had a future behind that bar!! Good news- Harry told me I can come back and work any time I want!! :o)
