Back to Dodd!

Tim went back to Dodd Hall with Nora and I today so that Morgan could finally meet the third wheel that was was with us all the months of my internship! It was nice to see the people I worked with and got to know this fall and even better to hang out with Morgan and introduce her to Nora!

Nora's Big Day!

Nora was a busy girl today! She had her first flight and even got some wings! Then she felt the blast of cold air that is Ohio winter - not so sure how she felt about that! Then she met her Uncle Marty and later on Uncle Tim and Aunt-to-be Megan! The flight went great and Nora was a total travel champ! Hopefully it keeps up! As for the meetings, they went great too! All and all a super successful day!

From Wet to Dry

Due to the current lack of heat being thrown by the dryer, Nora and I went on an adventure to the laundromat today to dry clothes that were washed at home. We had to figure things out a little bit but overall the trip went smoothly and, best part, we were able to dry everything, in dryers, not one load per day on a drying rack outside. Now it's just a matter of getting everything together and packing for our trip tomorrow!

Shoe Snuggler

Cort hasn't been getting much blog love lately - and if you were to ask him, he'd probably say he isn't getting enough regular love either...but I'm pretty sure that'd be his standard response Nora or not! He isn't thrilled about how much attention and food Nora gets on a daily basis and apparently cuddling with my shoe is the next best thing to the real thing. You'd think the return of Bones would take the edge off a little, but clearly, this proves more of a point! Oh Cortland!

Time Flies!

Wowzers! That was a pretty fast month! Between Nora coming along, all of our visitors, being sick and settling in to being parents, it's been a busy 4+ weeks! The adventure is only just beginning and the next month probably won't be any less hectic as we'll be taking to the skies and having more visitors! Stay tuned!

Show on the Road!

Nora had her first road trip today as we headed south to visit Grandma and Jerry in Port Charlotte! We don't have this traveling thing down to a science yet but it was our first go, we'll get there! It was great to see them and have Nora meet her first set of great grandparents. She was held and loved all afternoon and slept like a rock the whole way home!

4 Weeks!!

Someone is 4 weeks old today, one month is right around the corner! Hard to believe! She was in a slightly better mood tonight and she's definitely bigger! I probably won't post weekly pics anymore (I'll still take them) and switch to monthly posts instead.
