One Foot Out the Door

Dirt digging, grass picking and dog door exploring. We had a fun afternoon in the backyard - with lots of picture taking! Nora managed to follow Cort's lead and get in through the flap but the blind step down on the way out has her cautious and confused. It's going to take a while and I'm guessing a fair share of bumps and bruises to figure out how to escape through this little hatch!

Brunch with a Birthday

Kate turned 7 today and we did a little celebration for her at the non-proprawiny, proprawiny! AKA Day after wedding, Myers family brunch. The food was great, the company even better and it was a perfect way to wrap up our family filled time in Ohio! The most exciting part, we get to see everyone again in May! Yay!! Now, after slugging through a not so perfect flight for Nora, we're back in Florida, Cort's been picked up and it's back to life as usual!

Gettin' Hitched!

It seems like the number of Keaton/Majewski full family events tend to outweigh the Myers/Green full family events but this time we were sure to make it in for Kyle's cousin Jordan's wedding! It was great to see everyone and Christy and I got the kiddos to bed (kind of) and caught up back at the Green's while Kris & Kyle stayed out and played with their cousins, aunts and uncles. Fun for all!!

Swinging In Spring

After a wonderful night's sleep Nora was up and at 'em this morning, ready to toddle her heart out here on the hill. After the snowflakes finally gave way to some sunshine it warmed up quite nicely. We made a trip to the grocery store with Susan (no pics...weep wah - fail on my part) and then came back. Nora had two good naps today and as you can see, took advantage of the milder weather and did some swinging and exploring on the hilltop. Another good Ohio day in the books. Tomorrow is Jordan's wedding...can't wait to see everyone, Kyle included!! He got into Columbus last night but has been watching high school basketball with his dad. Hooray for a fun weekend ahead!

Harry's Hump Day Happy Hour

It's been a while since we had a happy hour at Harry's and today seemed like a good day! We headed over, caught up, had some dinner and Nora wandered around and made friends. After a low key day rainy at home it was a fun outing. Not a great picture, but it was a great time! Tomorrow we begin the Myers leg of the trip, heading to St. Clairsville for what will be a fun filled wedding weekend!! Cort has begun his long weekend with Jessica and Maya, so I'm sure they're are stories to come from there in the days ahead. AND, today is Susan's Birthday!! Happy Day!! Excited to see her tomorrow!

Nice to Meet You!!

After a relaxed day of hanging out with Marty, Kristin & Keaton we headed over to visit with Grandma Maj. She was happy to meet baby Keaton and see Nora in all of her toddling glory. Nora wasn't in her friendliest of moods but she warmed up and had a lot of fun walking and snacking and talking on the phone and remote. We stayed for a couple of hours catching up and giving her time to visit with Keaton in a happy, full tummy state. By the end of the visit Nora was all about her cousin Keaton and must have had fun because she zonked out on the way home and couldn't wait to get to bed!

Happy St. Paddy's Day!

Today was a great day! The little kids were all troopers at the bar, grandma was too! They sported their matching hoodies and we snapped lots of pictures (of course). Carter wasn't there but Liam, Nora and Keaton were! Everyone had a happy, great time even though we were missing a couple of Tim & Kyle sized staples!!
