Here in Winter Park they kick off St. Patrick's Day early! Believe me, I'm not complaining! So not being one to miss out on celebrations, we went to the parade - Cort's first parade I might add! This is us along the parade route...this is kind of false advertising, as Cort didn't spend a whole lot of time with me (I was taking pictures) nor did he spend much time nicely sitting on his towel! All and all he did, well...no better than OK. There were lots of new sights, sounds and experiences for him and we learned quite quickly that he doesn't like clowns!! (that was a pretty big scene!) Anyway, all and all it was a pretty fun, nice warm and sunny afternoon at the parade and following St. Paddy's day festivities - cut a little short because we brought our 4 legged friend with us, but I saw that coming!

McKinley's first parade (I think it was Memorial Day), there were horses. Talk about a train wreck. If there weren't any horses for your St. Paddy's day parade, you might want to be careful for upcoming ones.
